Stephen Starr Bringing Parc and Buddakan to DC?

The City Paper reports that big-name Philadelphia restaurateur Stephen Starr is not only bringing a casual version of his French brasserie Parc to 14th and Q streets, but he’s also planning a rendition of Buddakan – with popular locations in Atlantic City, New York City and Philadelphia – in the Adams Morgan Marriott. Starr Restaurant’s portfolio also includes Alma de Cuba (where Chef Mike Isabella once worked), Barclay Prime, Butcher and Singer, Continental, El Vez, Jones, Morimoto, Pizzeria Stella, Pod and SquareBurger.
